Rengel Printing: COVID-19 Update
March 17, 2020 –

Rengel Printing Company is committed to the health and safety of its employees, our printing customers, and the region. It is for that reason that we’ve decided to commit to mitigating the spread of COVID-19 while remaining operational to meet your printing needs.

Rengel Printing Company will continue to accept new orders and will work with our customers to make sure delivery and interaction is as safe as possible during this time. We know our customers will still need to order printed pieces, even if their marketing strategy has changed drastically.

“The WHO (World Health Organization) and U.S. CDC have stated that the likelihood of the COVID-19 virus contaminating cardboard or other shipping containers is low. If there is a concern, disinfecting the shipment or using protective apparel when unwrapping the container will reduce the risk of exposure.” – UPS

Effective Immediately:

  • Deliveries and Pick-ups – Our doors to our facility will remain locked. If you visit us to drop off or pick anything up, you will need to call us. You will be pre-screened using the most current precautions suggested by the CDC.
  • Sales Calls – We will not be making plans to meet you at our facility or yours until its deemed safer. We will also not be meeting at coffee shops or other neutral locations for obvious reasons. Rengel Printing is looking into video-conferencing software. We can use facetime and other apps on our personal phones as needed and by request in the meantime.
  • Shift Work – All departments have made plans to split our employees into two shifts to limit the exposure. The shifts are from 6am-2pm and from 2pm -10pm. Some sales representatives will work varying hours to be available for their clients.

Thank you for understanding these changes during this time of uncertainty. If you have any issues that we can help with during this time, please don’t hesitate to call or email.
